Sales credit to Customers - Very Urgent

Hello OIC Team,

Very important question in regards to the RFP we need to submit, please if you can update at the earliest on the following

Can we issue credit memo or credit allocation to the "Customers" instead of sales rep in OIC. As per the documents have gone through with I found that credit allocation is usually done to the Sales rep. However here business gives credit to customers (Dealers) only.

Please advice if it is possible in seeded functionality or do we need any customization.
