IEU: Queue:... profiles - different LOV after patching

We I checked on profiles for UWQ after we patched R12.1.3 per upgrade I found the LOV for majority of them are changed from Yes/No to the Display Order (1/2/3...) instead. Please help how to fix, What is the problem?
