How is your organization dealing with PeopleSoft Private Queries that belong to Inactive Users?

Hi,

We currently have over thousand private queries that created by previous (Inactive) users, other than disable these queries from Query Administration page, we like to learn what other institution/company dealing with these Private queries, for example, how/where to archive them in PeopleSoft?
