Can we use ExcelToCI to upload vouchers in PeopleSoft?

Hi,

Currently, we are receiving XML files from a specific vendor that are uploaded into PeopleSoft tables. I am trying to understand if we can use the ExcelToCI utility for this. I know that there is a spreadsheet voucher upload functionality but my understanding is if there is subsequent approval workflow associated after voucher creation, then it is better to use the ExcelToCI. Please advise.

Also, what are the considerations to make before utilizing this ExcelToCI utility.
