Classic pages displaying as Fluid pages

We just upgraded to 8.56.08. We've configured the branding to Classic Plus. Configured Personalizations to be Classic and re-enabled drop down menus. For the most part all is back to Classic. Except a few pages, and I mean CUSTOM pages, display as Fluid like pages. To make patters worse, it does this  intermittently.

Has anybody else seen this happen and know why?
