viewing logs in Process Monitor throws "Could not open registry"

I'm running a PUM image in Oracle Cloud with PeopleSoft Cloud Mananger.

when I try to view logs in Process Monitor it throws "Could not open registry" ...

any idea related to SSO, Nodes etc ...
