How are companies handling kiosk security for employee self service?
We are currently in the process of planning our rollout of online paychecks for all of our employees. We ran into the bug 25968319 - PEOPLESOFT SESSION NOT TERMINATED AFTER TIMEOUT ON MOBILE DEVICES. We are a manufacturing plant so most of our employees will access their checks with the tablets at our kiosks so we don't feel we can roll this out until this issue is resolved. On the bug listed there is no work around and no timeframe for a fix so I am wondering is what other companies are doing to handle this issue. We aren't concerned with the employees accessing on their phones as it is their own choice to not log out but the kiosks can be used
