Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. installing MicroFocus Cobol throughs "install error, check disk space/permissions and try again"

I'm installing MicroFocus Cobol (sx51_ws8_redhat_x86_64_server.tar) on Oracle Cloud, and I have following error:

"install error, check disk s"pace/permissions and try again

the problem is that I have no space issue, and the install is done with root, so I don see why I would have permission issues ?
