How does change in Diff_1 in item_master affects RPM?

Hello,

There are changes happening to item_master's diff_1 and I don't know the business requirement for that. Apparently there are clearances coming in for these items as well.

During initial ranging RFR gets inserted with old diff_1 and if any later clearance comes in post diff_1 change it does not apply those clearances.

Any solve?
