Cerfications Matrix- please help.

In the past, when we upgrade our computers from windows 7 to windows 10, it has be identified that windows 10 is not certified (at the time) for nvision development/modify (nVision tool) (we were on 8.53 tools and application at 9),, we are currently on  application 9.2 and tools 8.54.

is windows 10 is certified specifically for nVision tools ( I know, windows 10 is certified with client machine), I am asking about nvision tool on windows 10. we are trying to get rid of windows 7 machines. FYI
