Moving redo logs in ASM for Primary and Physical Standby.

We are retiring one of the Exadata X2's. The X2 and X3 are on the same ifiniband. We have moved all the instances and data files from one ASM diskgroup +DATA (on the X2) to another ASM diskgroup +DATA_PDDC2 (on the X3) for the Primary database. We need to know how to migrate the REDO logs for the Primary database off the +DATA asm diskgroup (on the X2) to another ASM diskgrop +DATA_PDDC2 (on the X3).
