1099 Correction File for 2017 is picking address changes.

1099 Correction File for 2017 is picking address changes.We made changes to one vendor and correction file has 4 additional vendors with address changes. We back dated the address changes. somehow system is still not picking up changes any more. Any suggestions on how to fix this issue. We are on 9.2 PUM 22

I did research and issue was already fixed in 9.2
