How to create CS Update Image in one OVA file

How to generate OVA file from the list of file that I already downloaded to be able to load/run in OVM?
I already downloaded the Patch 27616203: PEOPLESOFT CS UPDATE IMAGE 9.2.009 for VIRTUAL BOX and I also extracted the CS-920-UPD-009-OVA_1of13, but I can't find the batch file or way to do this.

Please help me about this. Thank you so much.
