PO Email notification received by Supplier when PO Approval is done

We are using EBS 12.2.3

Business wants to add certain fields and modify the content of certain existing field for the PO details received by the Supplier as email notification(PO is not sent as an attachment, output format is set as TEXT in purchasing options)

The requirement is as follows:

Place company logo.

Buyer Address will be picked instead of Company Name+Address from a custom lookup created.

Item Description will contain short description + long description + supplier part number(if exists) + manufacturer part number(if exists)
