how to encrypt a csv file of size 70MB or higher size in Poeplesoft such that third party user can d

Hi All,

I tried to encrypt the CSV file using PET(PeopleSoft Encrytion Technology). It worked fine for a file with of less size but not for the CSV file of higher size such as 1MB and so on. I also tired to read CSV File row by row and then to encrypt it, this method also worked but the third party users were not able to decrypt the file as they were passing entire csv file to decrypt and not row by row of data.

Can anyone help me on this issue.
