Is there a way to change the default category on Elastic Search Main Menu dropdown?

We are implementing Elastic Search and would like to change the default Category from the Main Menu dropdown search.  When we search from the main menu search menu no results are returned because the default category is Navigator.  We want to change the category to All.  Does anyone know how to do that?
