Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. IAM-70700001 : User creation in LDAP for entity id xxxx failed

Hi.

I have a fresh installation of OIM 12c (12.2.1.3). When I try to create a new user using OIM console it fails with error IAM-70700001 : User creation in LDAP for entity id xxxx failed.

After that, if we check on OIM Console I found the user was "successfully" created but all metadata is inconsistent.

Checking on oim-server1-diagnostic.log file I encountered this error message:

Caused by: oracle.iam.provisioning.exception.GenericAppInstanceServiceException: An error occurred while executing prepared statement
