How to Keep Strategies Open ?

Hi

We have a requirement to keep the strategies Open for ever; We are using pre-set of criteria to assign strategies. For example, if the customer class code= 'XYZ', then assign strategy = 'Strategy-A' and so on. This customer may have delinquencies at times and be current (with no invoices) at other times. We are using Account level (20) for strategies and we are on 12.1.3. Is there a way in IEX to not close Strategies ?
