Recoverable flag got unchecked in deliver

Hi,

In India Tax details form, item recoverable flag found checked at Receive. Automatically it got unchecked at deliver. Hence, the tax amount is directly updated in the item charge account. The same receipt, we are able to do process recovery since the flag checked in Receive. Accounting for the tax amount at receive happens for accrual also.

Tried to reproduce the issue, but no luck. The recoverable flag is not an editable field,hence user can not do the check or uncheck.

Any idea, please share.
