Getting onReadyState Error in multiple places

We are on 8.56.08 and we are getting onReadyState Error in multiple places. I have seen this type of in numerous postings going back to 2015 and not one solution from Oracle. Has anybody been able to resolve this, and if so, how. It would be much appreciated.
