GST_IL:third_party_primary_reg_num not populating in jai_tax_lines from Sales order to Shipping for

GST_IL:third_party_primary_reg_num not populating in jai_tax_lines from Sales order to Shipping for IRISO transactions, becuase of this Document sequence is not picking as per definition (DC_FLAG='Y').

If FIRST_PARTY_PRIMARY_REG_NUM and THIRD_PARTY_PRIMARY_REG_NUM number is same then document sequence will take from DC_FLAG='Y'(within state) one, if both registration no's are different the will take from  (DC_FLAG='N') document sequence definition

Third party primary reg num not storing in jai_tax_lines, because of this Acknowledgement number not generating in jai_tax_det_factors table.
