Missing effdt on response message. Rest WS.

Hi all.

I appreciate your assistance.

I configured a REST WS using a container message with rowset parts.  When I test, everything except the EFFDT comes back in the response.  Why?  How to fix?

Note.  I trace the handler to confirm that the EFFDT is in the rowset passed to the response.  Please see the attachment for further explanation.
