SQR report : (SQR 4713) Cannot open the #INCLUDE file: 'setenv.sqc'

Hi Team,

We are getting error while running SQR report for GL activity.

Error log says :

(SQR 4713) Cannot open the #INCLUDE file: 'setenv.sqc'

(2): No such file or directory

SQR for PeopleSoft: Program Aborting.

Message log says:

Process Request shows status of 'INITIATED' or 'PROCESSING' but no longer running
