Receivables Entry type created not showing in Payment Worksheet Application

Goodday,

Receivables Entry type APPLY created not showing in Payment Worksheet Application on lookup. We have created a Entry Type APPLY with System Function ID : MT-01 as Automatic Entry type as per documantation:

but it is not showing on Lookup on Payment Worksheet Application, any idea where we might have gone wrong?
