Blocking reinstate PO option in RMS

in Retail Merchandising System (MOSC) READ-ONLY Question

Hello,

In RMS users are Reinstating Cancelled Purchase Orders when thet shouldnt, is there any way in RMS to block/inactivate the reinstate functionality?

I'm wondering if this option is something that we can configure in RMS using permitions or system options or if we need to make a costumization in order to block this option.
