Mutually exclusive process

Hello everyone!

We have 3 AEs that we set as Mutually Exclusive. Do anyone knows how queuing happens in Process Monitor?

We noticed that 1 process instance has been queued for 8 minutes. There were new instances that ran before this instance in question even though this was triggered first.

Appreciate any information that you all can provide.
