How to run SyncDatabaseInfoToPUMSource AFTER runnning the whole project

I am new to the PUM process.
I ran the update package for HCM 9.2 PUM 25, without selecting the radio button In the change assistant to sync back to PUM when done.
The project has completed and the PUM has not been updated with the applied changes. The other sync ran fine "SyncDatabaseInfoToCA" TGT_TO_CA_SYNCH.
I tried to manually add the step to the project as TGT_TO_PUM_SYNCH, with the correct Type of "SyncDatabaseInfoToPUMSource", but although I enter the info, it does not add the step to the project.
I can enter a Manual Stop step without a problem. I can also enter a SQL script without a problem, just wondering why I cannot enter the above mentioned step.
