Enter Budget Journal Page Missing ChartField Values

We're in the midst of upgrading to FSCM Image 27 and we noticed that the Enter Budgets Journal page (KK_BD_ENTRY) no longer shows chartfield values like Fund or Dept on the as it did previously. Was this change intentional, and how do we go about getting it working in the way we're more accustomed to? Tracing, PeopleBooks, and looking through setup did not provide any clear answers.
