Error trying to revoke an application instance to an identity in OIM 11gr2

in Identity Management (MOSC) Question

Hi:

It does not allow to complete the revocation of an application instance in an identity in Oracle Identity Manager 11gr2.
The response time in each revocation process is quite high and the error response is as follows:

IAM-4065011: An error occurred in oracle.iam.provisioning.spi.DOBProvisioningMechanism / revoke (Account) when revoking the account with ID 2.644.747 for the user with the key 7.171.563 and the cause of the error is Update failed ..
