There were few enhancements related to Prepayments from image 15 onwards. could not find much details in oracle site any input on this will help.

Enhanced Prepayment to ensure that taxes such as excise, sales, miscellaneous charges, and freight are not applied to prepaid vouchers if the taxes are excluded from the withholding calculation. In addition, it ensures accurate calculation of withholding and prepaid reversals when multiple vouchers are applied to a prepaid voucher.-----------Bug ID 21565413

Enhanced the Prepayment feature to simplify the steps in application of prepayments to regular vouchers.-----------Bug 22988237
