Delivered Classic Plus Pages HCM?

I've found in PeopleBooks the Delivered Fluid Pages list and I'm trying to find something similar for the Classic Plus pages, but have been unable to do so.  I came across this Doc, but I do not have the Classic Plus Setup menu item (it doesn't even show in the PUM environment).  Can anyone point me to the information?

Implementing Classic Plus for PeopleSoft HCM

Once you have decided to implement Classic Plus for PeopleSoft HCM, you will create a change package from the most current update image found on My Oracle Support. The change package created using the tracking group "Required for Classic Plus" will pull in all necessary updates and fixes to implement the classic plus styling for all components/pages.
