We have a requirement to restrict access to OUD 12c with ‘cn=Directory Manager’ only form a specific IP.

Access to the Directory over specific IP for a user can be restricted using ACIs. However, ‘cn=Directory manager’ overrides ACIs.

Is there any alternate way to restrict Access to OUD using ‘cn=Directory manager’ only from a specific IP address?

You have to create multiple network group and define criteria who should be allowed or from which IP address to use it.

Put the one for "cn=Directory Manager" with highest priority.
