Accounting restriction for Zero Tax

Hi  Experts

When creating AR invoice with zero tax accounting journals generating from Receivable but from financial india source offset journals has stopped after shipmentcomplete

how to stop journal generation from Receivable for zero tax (earlier accounting lines are not generate in AR invoice distribution for zero tax now it is happening it may be happy either after RUP10 or RUP11 patches)
