Upgrade from PeopleTools 8.53 to 8.54 steps

Hello

We want to updgrade from PeopleTools 8.53 to 8.54 and we want to know which impact at the level of tables when you update from version 8.53 to 8.54 and what are the steps to follow to update.

I se the document ( attached ) that we have to dowonload  the templeate File PeopleTools Only_Upgrade.zip  and updPTU844.zip   but I can not find the files anywhere
