BI Publisher - Can conditional Text color overwrite the default Blue Hyperlink text in rtf template?

the rtf template has drilling Hyperlink showing Blue text color, but the same column also need conditional Text color base on the cell's value, used formula for condition text color, but it didn't overwrite the Blue Hyperlink.

is there a way to overwrite the Blue Hyperlink color using conditional text color formula in rtf template?
