IEX - Task marked as Private is not visible

Hi,

We are on Oracle Applications : 12.1.3 and as per the Doc ID 1334426.1 we also have the Patch 12661352 applied to our instance.

The issue is that in Advanced Collection, Form IEXRCALL in the Tasks tab, when we make a Task as Private we are no longer able to see it. Even the user to whom the task has been assigned is unable to view it. Can you please suggest on how to handle this.
