upggrant_855.sql error out with message ORA-00942: table or view does not exist 00942. 00000 - "tab

I am currently working on doing the PeopleTools upgrade from 8.53 to 8.56 and during the upgrade process I have to run upggrant_855.sql if my oracle database version is 12c and above. When running this sql I get the below error:

ORA-00942: table or view does not exist

00942. 00000 -  "table or view does not exist"
