Self-Service Report Framework - ERROR

Hi - I configured the Self-Service Report Framework under Setup HRMS > Common Definitions > Self-Service Report Framework. I log in as a regular self-service user (with minimal access), and when the user clicks "View Report," the following error displays and the report doesn't generate. Any ideas?

I checked the HCSC_SS_RPT_SEC table, and the user is in there.
