Siebel-Outlook integration for Reply functionality

Hello Community,

Please suggest the approach to integrate the Microsoft Outlook with Siebel OpenUI for the "Reply/ReplyAll"  functionality i.e. on the click of Reply button on Siebel inbound activity , Outlook should open with all the information (To, CC, Subject, Inbound Email body), so that User can use outlook client to Reply.

Note : DISA tool is there for outlook integration but it works only for Send Email (F9) functionality, not for Reply.
