Self Service Report Framework Error

I'm new to Self Service Report Framework.  I'm creating a report.  When clicking on View Report, I'm getting this error:  Error attaching file to database (235,105) HCSC_SS_RPT_WRK.PRINT_BTN.FieldChange  PCPC:11712  Statement:189
