HCM 9.2 Image 24 RFU's to New Demo Database from Image 26.

We have installed the new Demo Database, as well as the HCM Image 26.

We created the RFU's for the upgrade from 9.1 to 9.2.  While running the upgrade, we ran across a scenario where the .dat files did not seem to exist when applying it to the New Demo Release.  I noticed we had set the Change Package as a MTP vs an IM.  

Should we have set the Change Package application as a IM?  Understanding that this is the first but only move we are making in order to get the RFU fixes into the New Demo Database (before creating our 9.1 to 9.2 Change Package).
