Ran PO Dispatch and run control has now disappeared?

During our punch out testing, I normally run AutoSource, PO Calc, PO Create and PO Dispatch.

I was running PO Dispatch and had 3 different run controls saved. I picked one, left the screen open and ran it for 3 POs being dispatched via EDX to transmit to OSN. The first was successful and the other two failed.

I went back to re-dispatch and the run control was missing. I selected my back up, ran the control - ran to success. Went back and it was missing as well.

We are testing Tools 8.55.23 in the lower environment I'm in. Last year we were on 8.55.17 - and did not have this issue.
