Different run time parameters with same run control ID

After user submits a report with a run control ID and run same report by changing parameters on run control page, report output generated for both the reports is the same.

Both the reports pickup the latest parameters entered in run control ID page. 

We have a requirement where an user needs to run reports one after another in succession.   Is there any way to address this issue where user can concurrently run same report with same run control id but different run time parameters?
