Collection Task type is disabled in case changing view level

Hi All!

I have an issue in working with tasks. If I change view from Account to Delinquency , "task type" field disabled. If I open Collection form at delinquency level from the beginning, every this is working fine. Do you have an idea why? I check lots profiles options related to it, but find nothing managing task type availability. I'm working in R12 12.1.3
