Q:

How to configure secondary OTP (email / text) configuration in OAAM. Because, when we configuring secondary OTP, OAAM always sending to primary email address or phone number.

A:

In order to achive secondary OTP configuration in OAAM, customer has to implement ChallengeProcessor thru custom code and it is documented in OAAM OTP Configuration for Secondary Email Address (Doc ID 2145483.1)
