OIM Data Purge Job Estimated Counts

Does anyone know how the estimated purge row counts (OIM_DATAPRG_TASKS_LOGDTLS.EST_PURGE_ROW_CNT) are caculated?  Would anyone know the tables?  Or are the statements available?  I would like to be able to calculate these estimates before running the OIM Data Purge Job to ensure our timings are within our needed timeframes.

Can anyone help with this information?
