After configuring Unified Navigation not all the crefs from HCM system are visible via iHub

Hi experts, I have a problem with unified navigation

There are multiple inconsistencies or missing folders or too many foldersor missing crefs between what I see in HCM system versus what I see in the iHub in the drop down folder for HCM system.

For example folders or crefs are not in the ihub for HCM unified navigation but they are in HCM when I directly log into  HCM environment.
