Cannot start Managed weblogic WLS_ODS1 - ADF_faces-30174

Hi All,

Oracle Internet Directory : 12.2.1.3.0

I am having trouble starting the Managed Weblogic server WLS_ODS1 from the OEM.

I am getting the below error when i try to start the

ADF_FACES-30174> <An invalid or null contextId was provided when logging userActivity information for the previous request.

I restarted the entire OID and all its components yet no luck.

Any advise
