Oracle ARCS - Blank screen on reconciliations

Hi everyone,

Would appreciate some troubleshooting help, some of my ARCS users are finding that when they click on a rec in the work list that the pop up rec is completely blank.

I've done the whole log off, log back on, shut down etc but it is still happening.

What else can I suggest to work out why this is happening?
