Migrating an Activity Guide

I have created an activity guide in our test instance that I want to save off and reload following a data refresh.  I am following the PeopleBooks 'Migrating Activity Guide Data' instructions using the Data Migration Workbench.  After selecting Activity Guide List as the Data Set Name and clicking on Insert Content, I see multiple options for my activity guide.  Do I select all of these, or are these different versions of the same activity guide?

Thanks for any thoughts on this, as well as any other tips for migrating an activity guide using the Data Migration Workbench.
